Set a Budget A lot of holiday stress comes from financial burdens. You can eliminate this by setting a budget.


Decorating your house for the holidays always helps to keep the joy and reduce stress. Find decorations that genuinely make you happy. 


Go out and pamper yourself; you deserve it! Schedule in time for yourself, so you don’t forget. It is and should always be a priority. 

Get Enough Sleep

Sleep and stress correlate very closely. The less sleep you get, the more stress you will have.
