The theory is that whatever you focus on, you can have in real life. In other words, it becomes real if you think about it.
Just like the Law of Attraction, your thoughts and energy are manifestations that can create your reality. If you’re constantly negative and thinking badly, you’re pulling out the negative energy and manifesting it. So, the first thing to do is look at your thoughts and feelings.
The first step is to set a manifestation goal. Be sure of what you most want to achieve. It could be falling in love, getting a job, improving your health, or excelling in your favorite hobby. What you want to target is entirely up to you!
Once you have determined what you want, articulate it. Some people like to journal, write about themselves, pray, and discuss their goals with a loved one or therapist.
