The lady grabbed the OP’s hoodie and started yelling at her. The OP tried to explain that she didn’t know that the woman was talking to her. The lady cut her short saying that the store should fire useless workers like the OP and that the OP should go back to her country.
A manager overheard the confrontation and kicked out the lady. She went away yelling, cursing, and screaming. The manager apologized to the OP and gave her a 25% discount on her purchases. She left the store smiling and happy.
